Couples and partners may submit one application together if they have the same address history; just use the Applicant 1 and Applicant 2 fields.

Your application is not complete without thefollowing documentation.

1. CREDIT REPORT pulled from one of the three majorreporting agencies - Experian, Equifax or TransUnion. This should be thefull report with all the detail and include your credit score. Any social security numbers should beredacted (covered up). This should be send in a single PDF document by email (not screenshots by phone). 

2. DRIVER'S LICENSE copy or government-issued ID with picture for each person who will be living at the property who is 18 years or older.

3. INCOME VERIFICATION - Last 2 paychecks or for those with a new position, an offer letter.
